Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) will be accepting Submissions from qualified firms for the purpose of acquiring provision and repair of front end steel bins for collection of waste, recycling and organics, as noted in Section 4 Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”) and Appendix Ai, Aii and Aiii – Price Bid Form. Through this RFQ process, the Board anticipates establishing a Contract with the selected Proponent(s) for the provision of the Deliverables. Term of the Contract will be for a period of Three (3) years (“Initial Term”), with an optional Two (2) One (1) year extension at the same or better rates as the original 3-year agreement and is subject to TCDSB requirements, satisfactory service, and pricing at the TCDSB’s discretion. The service is to commence estimated in September 2023.
