This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is an invitation by the Toronto Catholic District School Board (the “Owner”) to Bidders to submit Quotations for the performance of Custodial Equipment Repair Service, at the following location(s) (each location listed below is referred to as a “Site”): (a) Attachment 1 - TCDSB School Address - Year 2023-2024. as described in the Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years (the “Initial Term”) commencing on the Effective Date. This Agreement may be extended by the Board for three (3) one-year terms upon the Board’s issuance of a written extension notice. If the Board does not issue a written extension notice, the Agreement shall end. The Initial Term, together with any extension period(s), shall be referred to as the “Term”. For certainty, the maximum duration of the Term shall be five (5) years from the Effective Date. |
