Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) will be accepting Proposals from qualified vendors for an Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) solution. As part of this RFP, software providers are invited to respond with their proposed solution. The evaluation process will first focus on evaluating the ERP Software, followed by an evaluation of System Implementation providers. The Board invites the Proponents to respond, and provide up to three recommended implementation services providers. Through this RFP process, the Board anticipates establishing a Contract with the selected Proponent(s) for the provision of the ERP System and Implementation Services (including specifications and the terms) as further described in Section 4 Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”). Term of the ERP software contract will be for a period of five (5) years (“Initial Term”) beginning on the date of notification of award, with an optional Three (3) Three (3) years extensions subject to TCDSB requirements, satisfactory service, and pricing at the TCDSB’s discretion. The Term of the implementation services contract will be for the period covering the implementation services, as well as any support agreements during the period of the software contract. |
