The   Toronto Catholic District School Board (“Board”) is seeking proposals from Proponents who are interested in serving the Board as its Integrity Commissioner. The Board therefore invites qualified consulting firms to submit Proposals for an Integrity Commissioner as described in the scope of work on an as-required basis. 

  The Integrity Commissioner is an independent and impartial position that reports directly to the Board of Trustees and its duties are set out in this document.  This role is critical to the maintenance and preservation of public confidence in Board Trustees.
