The Information and Communication Technology Division (hereinafter referred to as “ICT Division” or “ICT Services Division of ICT Department”) of the TCDSB invites submissions from qualified Proponents for Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) (Human Resources (“HR”), Finance & Facilities) Technology Strategy and Strategic Sourcing Consulting Services to assist the TCDSB in developing a new ERP strategy, sourcing a new solution(s), and preparing the Board for implementation and operation of the new system. The implementation of the ERP solution will be performed as a separate and subsequent RFP project. 

Through this RFP process, the Board anticipates establishing a Contract with the selected Proponent(s) for the provision of the ERP Technology Strategy and Strategic Sourcing Consulting Services. The Proponent(s) may be engaged in a number of interrelated ERP systems projects over the next 5 years. Term of the Contract will be for a period of Two (2) years (“Initial Term”) beginning on the date of notification of award, with an optional Three (3) One (1) year extension at the same or better rates as the original 2-year agreement and is subject to TCDSB requirements, satisfactory service, and pricing at the TCDSB’s discretion. The Contract is to be invoiced per project based on mutual determined miletones.

Please note: To avoid any future real or perceived conflicts of interest, the Successful Proponent(s) will be deemed ineligible from bidding on any subsequent ERP implementation or system integration work on the systems described in this RFP for which consulting services are provided.
